Wine Notes

Most of this varietal goes into our GSM blend (3ie Degre), but occasionally there is a barrel or two that stand up and shout out to be heard. Bottled after 20 months in neutral oak, this is what Mourvedre should be. Nice fruit, nice acid, modest alcohol levels... What more is there to say? Only 60 cases made this vintage.
